Staff are super kind and helpful. I only give 4 stars because it is a Sephora and therefore SO expensive. But in terms of service, selection, and environment it's a 5/5.
I went in to get the same dior foundation except a shade or so darker. I have a very small tan compared to what ive been using. I had to deal with an employee pushing some sort of phone or camera device into my forehead for WAY too long for her to have to keep trying. I became increasingly uncomfortable, and when she pulled the device away from my face, the camera part had some sort of debris hanging off it. I've never been more grossed out. I am a big fragrance guy and this is probably my favorite spot to shop in Winston when looking for a new cologne. The staff is helpful, they keep it clean dispute there being a ton of for traffic, and they keep the testers out consistently which is nice.
