Me sentí tan juzgada cuando pregunté por algún producto popular para regalarle a una adolescente. Miércoles 9/3 6pm: La chica que me atendió me juzgó por buscar maquillaje, solo quería un brillo labial o un suave rubor como regalo para su cumpleaños. La cajera tampoco fue amable. Horrible experiencia
Terrible customer service
I’m definitely not pleased by the experience that me and my daughter received , As we waited patiently to pay for our merchandise the cashier who was checking out another customer just casually walked away without acknowledging us , I felt some type of way because money is only one color , If you can’t be courteous and pleasant towards people of color then find a different job for yourself.
Great store! Prices aren't the best but are as what you would expect for shopping in Sephora. Staff is great and willing to help. I went in looking for a light coverage mascara, and the staff member was extremely helpful and color matched me so quick so I was in and out of the store
Extremely rude and bad customer service, the short haired lady with bad makeup was extremely dismissive. No type of basic customer service skills. Being rude like that at her big age is insane too lol. Working at Sephora at 60 must be a miserable life lol
