I went there around 5:30pm on Saturday, May 30th. This was my first visit to this location. I was excited to have a close Sephora since I live in Green Valley. I had gone in to get samples because I am getting married. When I approached two women and kindly asked for samples being that I was getting married, one woman with a bunch of tattoos and big eyelashes sighed and said “I’ll do it”. The customer representative at the store didn't bother to help out after I asked her a question she said she'd be right back and she never bothered to come back I noticed she was just talking to her co-worker they're just getting paid stand around but found my product by myself
The ladies there were extremely rude. NOT ONCE OFFERED HELP, NOT ONCE! I was there today Sunday may 3rd around 1:30 pm. Bus they were gossiping and talking to eachother nonstop
