The products here are very old and dirty ,I once looked for a hair care and living proof the knob was opened and there were just 2 pieces when I asked staff ,the response was not clear ,yesterday I picked up a salt and stone deodorant, the packaging was ripped ,when I opened the deodorant it was all porous inside, looked already used OMG atrocious how could you give a customer a used deodorant, appalling I thought sephora are giants in beauty Such a poor customer service in this store...

I went to get my liquid foundation 3 weeks ago and Chris helped me. I was looking to see if it was in stock after coming down a few times and it hasn’t been in stock. I had just gotten discharged from the hospital and wanted to feel good about my self and purchase some make up. Unfortunately they still didn’t have my shade in stock.
