Outstanding customer service
Person helping me had no idea about the products or understood what I was looking for. I don’t know what’s happened to Sephora. I recognized maybe 5 or 6 names. I’ll be getting my products online or in a drug store. Oh. And I’ve been shopping in Sephora stores for decades. Definitely gone down Adding to this I got an eye infection after the salesperson had me sample a mascara. Maybe the board of health needs to check this out!!
Came in today to grab some items for my girlfriend for Christmas. Ngina was extremely helpful and guided me through the store to find/recommend items I was looking for. Really appreciate her help!
