We did our daughter’s makeup for her senior pictures. Our makeup artist, Natalie, was amazing. Very professional, attentive and sweet. Everyone at this store is incredibly inviting.
I have to leave a review because I do shop at the store and also pick up sometimes orders for DoorDash, I will say staff is very very very kind and friendly, every time I ask for help they always do it with a smile , this store deserves 5 stars and I sincerely hope the costumer service here keeps being the best. I can mention a specific person but I want to congratulate the hole staff there.
I will not be returning to this Sephora as the "Manager" Liana, was very rude to me. I got a pocket blush from Rhode at the Aventura location on May 9 and the product was MELTED when I received it. I called the store in Aventura and they said they had no issues returning the product. I instead went to this Sephora at Merrick Park, since it was near me, on May 30 (21 days after the purchase) and they absolutely refused to help me.
