Went there to EXCHANGE a concealer, there is a male Hispanic guy that has a big attitude or just hates his job, he said they cannot do exchanges or returns with a debit card as I lost the receipt, but on the website it says they can, I got a sup who was trying to help but one of the two cash registers was down an the other one was busy with a customer trying to purchase a dyson dryer with a credit card and it was over her limit and was tried to explained to get a discount it had to be within the card limit, I got frustrated ... read more

I've been a little apprehensive about shopping at Sephora previously because I always felt like the store was more for people who are well into their makeup journey and/or already experts. I’m truly a beginner when it comes to all things makeup, so shopping there has felt overwhelming and confusing at times. This location is ALWAYS busy, however this location always has most things in stock. Three stars because the sale associates are either helpful or don't want to be bothered. I came to this location hoping to check out a new lip liner According to the sephora app, this location had it in stock in multiple colors and it was available for pick up. 4/16/26 2:20pm So I’m 7 months pregnant walking around this store for probably 20 minutes.(run the tapes back) I was going to spend at least $150 dollars today. I asked someone was it okay of if I sat down at their table being that I was getting winded and wanted to purchase MORE fenty products.
