RISS was absolutely fantastic with products!! She expertly reviewed my son's face care routine and offered incredible advice on how he can improve his acne and minimize breakouts. If you’re ever in the store, make sure to find Riss. She delivers outstanding service, cares genuinely about her customers, and is incredibly patient.
Store manager and staff it is just beginning of August month and they have already ran out of 4 items from the section I can choose gift I was left with only 2 options , also they don’t have perfume refills to me it seemed like they just don’t want to do extra work. As if I was not going to pay for perfume refills Very poor customer service
I visited this location on Saturday to purchase a setting spray and a fragrance and had a disappointing experience with one of the associates (young lady with a puff ball) When I asked for help locating an item, her body language came across as unhelpful and dismissive.When I tried to clarify, the interaction turned into unnecessary back-and-forth instead of assistance, which escalated things and felt unprofessional.The manager stepped in, was very polite, and apologized, which I appreciated.
