Ms. Annette was so kind when assisting my son with finding cologne he sprayed on a strip but couldn’t remember the brand/name. She knew the name after smelling the strip. She even got my attention on my way out and provided my son and I with a bag because it started to pour down rain . Service with a smile, great job Ms Annette

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my visit today. I requested assistance in finding makeup that matches my skin tone. I asked a specific representative if she could assist me. She stated she was waiting on another client. I inquired if an appointment was necessary. She stated no. No appointment is required, yet she was waiting on someone else. The client she was waiting on arrived 15 minutes later. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
