Staff were super friendly and helpful. Large selection. Found some new shades. Happy with experience.
The employees at this store need to learn how to talk to people. Walked in, not greeted, no one asked if I needed assistance. Girl at the register wasn’t friend and was kind of rude “leave your card in the card reader!”… went to leave and the oldest one there kept saying “Miss. Miss. MISS”… idk what she wanted but she was extremely rude. When I turned around she said “oh not you.” Weirdo energy.
Alot of the testers were damaged or missing but the girls at the counter were nice.
My experience was amazing! Everyone was so welcome and the service was EVERYTHING! Book OSYA! She knows how to give a BEAT!!! She gave me glam while highlighting my natural features and was thorough with explaining why she was doing certain things. I didn’t get the managers name but she was so sweet!!! Highly recommended 🩷
