Visited this location this afternoon to return an item. Of the 4 associates working in this store not a single person greeted me as I walked in AND as I curiously searched for the register that had been relocated to the center of the store. Even as I got to the register the cashier couldn’t bother herself with a simple hello. She simply asked, “ is anything wrong with it” when asking about the item I was returning. Absolutely do not recommend anyone to request this location. Won’t be returning. Entire staff needs an overhaul... read more

I wish I got her name, but she got my color perfect just from a single guess right before closing. I was apprehensive at first as I am when shopping for makeup anywhere. Always go home with something I feel is too yellow, too pink, too orange, etc. She got it spot on with Saie Slip Tint and I am very thankful for this. Lol

Love this location, they are always so welcoming! Kiani was so sweet and helpful with helping me pick out the items I needed. I’ll always recommend this location over the other stores in CLT area.

I’m used to this location being less than pleasant, which is why I usually take my girls to the SouthPark store. But this time we were short on time and wanted to do something fun for them, so we stopped in. It was me, my 9-year-old, and my 10-year-old we were in the store for about 15 minutes. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged us. One woman looked like she was going to say something, then turned and walked away.
