Extremely disappointed with the service. My entire same-day order was canceled due to one item being out of stock, despite all other items still being available. Instead of fulfilling the remainder of the order or alternatives, they chose to cancel everything. This reflects a serious lack of effort, accountability, and basic customer service. Completely unacceptable for a company that claims to prioritize convenience and reliability.
I would personally like to thank Osmary for all of her kindness and patience with me. I was in town for an event and had forgotten all of my make up.Osmary took me through help me find just what I needed in sample sizes when I could. She was very helpful and I’m grateful to her for that!
