The worst Sephora ever! The staff are extremely rude, disrespectful, and uneducated when it comes to make up. The customer service skills are out the window! I’m never greeted any time I walk into the store. I’ve been color matched incorrectly multiple times. The staff are always so stuck up and snobby! I highly recommend shopping elsewhere! And by looking at the other reviews, I’m not the only one experiencing it.

This review is for the store itself. The space is small and crowded. It feels old, dark, and outdated. It's not super clean, lots of lint and dust on displays. They often don't have what I'm looking for in stock. I recently visited a different Sephora location that was really nice. It was super spacious and well lit. I'd like to see the Carlsbad location expand or move to a bigger space within the mall. I would definitely visit more often, and purchase more products.

I only gave it 2 stars because the only person that would help me was actually helpful. But as soon as I walked into the store, I was avoided, like the black plague, and I was looked down upon like I was beneath them. I was easily gonna drop a $100+ dollars in their store, and I don't know why the workers are so stuck up/snobby, they look at everybody who walks in the door just a complete filth and trash. I called ahead and talked to a consultant this consultant told me the foundation I needed was available and put me on hold to check the gondola and said he did have it and would save it mind you they do not tell you you have two hours to pick it up my son took two he puts and 17 min to get there when my son went to pick it up it was gone and there was not anymore foundations in that tone available,wo really, by the way my son was not asked if they could call another store or if they could order it for me . The manager Taylor is very rude and basically said I was a lier about my return. Then typed something in the computer and laughed with her coworker about it. I contacted corporate and let them know how rude she was so hopefully they have a talk with her.
