This evening I visited Sephora, and the service was ridiculous. While I was checking product samples, someone kept looking at me so strangely, as if I was going to steal something. The staff didn’t show any interest in whether I wanted to buy something or not—were they judging me by my appearance, as if I couldn’t afford anything from Sephora? When I was paying, I asked for a perfume sample, but they denied my request. Overall, it was the worst customer service experience.
