I went in yesterday a bit late I won’t deny, but I got help from a lovely worker named Anna. She had lovely blue hair and beautiful red lip on. I asked for recommendations on light to medium hydrating foundation due to my skin being sensitive at the current moment. She did swatches on me & allowed me to touch the product. I bought the ilia skin tint, I’ve had on today and I really do like it. Thank you for the help yesterday! If I’m in the area again my sister & I would def love your help again!

I’ve been to this location enough times to notice a pattern. The person at the entrance often ignores me when I walk in, but I’ll hear that same person warmly welcoming other customers a few moments later. Maybe it’s completely unintentional, but it does make the store feel less welcoming than it should. It’s a small thing, but first impressions matter.

Plenty of staff In a very busy store. The counter staff has 0 personality. No “hello how are you? Did you find everything you needed” xyz. Nothing. It is a little harder to move thru with so many people and staff on a busy day.
