It's always a 50/50 on if an attendant will help me. If I go in bare faced, no makeup, I am way more likely to be ignored. Don't the store attendants get a commission for helping sales?? I don't understand why you would ignore several customers in your store. My looks aren't indicative of the depths of my pockets, I want to spend my money for some helpful service!

Came to this Sephora with a particularly difficult request regarding returning / exchanging products online. Jackie handled the return with grace and was so nice, honestly made my day! Just wrote this to say that and thank you :)

I stopped in earlier this week to restock some essentials and check out new products. I came in also looking for a foundation from a smaller/ more niche brand at Sephora (BASMA), this one didn't end up carrying the brand but a couple sales associates let me know which other locations did and I was super grateful. I sometimes find in-store shopping overwhelming in general but I felt at ease throughout my time in the store; sales associates greeted me and were available but not pushy or hovering (which I appreciate!). Yet again I went in to purchase and item and I'm trolled not in a good way and the woman on the headset talking to either her employees or about people needs to stop. Its a disgusting horrible shopping experience. Sephora deserves more and customers. I will not be back.
