Bad attitude and impatient
Most of the staff, with the exception of a tall blond mall presenting individual, just seemed to be on autopilot. Saying the same thing to every customer. No one available to help me find the product I was looking for. Wasn’t greeted upon entering. Products listed in stock on the website were incorrect. Overall, maybe me feel as unwelcome in Sephora as i usually do in a Home Depot.
I visited the Sephora location on Newbury Street on 4/26/26 around 2–3 PM to look for a product, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I approached an employee and asked, “can I have some help?”, the response I received was, “MAY BE!” That reply made me pause for a moment, and as I hesitated, the employee added, “I’m a manager, so.” I then continued the interaction and said, “okay, can you help me with this product,” but the tone of the exchange already felt off.
