Giving 1 star because they always forget to give free gift with purchases
Out of all the Sephora locations in the Boston area, this one used to be my favorite, unfortunately, today I had the worst experience. A manager (I assume) attempted to assist me but kept calling for other associates, and no one responded, even though the store was nearly empty and employees were just walking around. Eventually, one associate(the only person who was kind and helpful) came over to assist me.
