The staff was helping me but felt like she didn’t really want to help me at all. When I asked if I can try a lighter shade, she said “WHY?” And wanted me to justify this request. I was like WHY WHY? Do I need a reason to try a lighter shade? And then I have to make up something for this, I felt so awkward and uncomfortable. I was looking for a shade on shelf and one lady was very rude, yelling at me not to look for things myself, while she was not helping at all. She treated us like thieves. No one was working at the cashier. Took a few minutes for someone to finally come. There should not be a line at all.

I don’t usually post reviews but immediately after leaving the store I felt like I had to. When I walked in there were like 8 people working and not one of them came over to me (I was the only customer in the store). One worker was putting makeup on in the corner and another was standing on her phone. After finding everything I needed I then went to go check out at the counter.
