I visited a lot of sephoras before and I’ve never gotten this good of customer service before. I believe her name was kylee or kaylee, but she was an absolute angel. She matched me perfectly, helped me find products to fit my skin type, was so patient with me until I found exactly what I was looking for and before I left she recommended me acne products to treat it. Safe to say she made my whole entire week! Love it will definitely return!!
I visited this location today to purchase items that I have bought over and over again from Sephora. Naturally, I knew where the products were and did not need help from the employees. I also did a bit of browsing for any new products I wanted to try and felt a pair of eyes piercing through me the entire time I was browsing. pls tell ur security guard to stop following people around who are actually trying to shop. I get it that it’s for security reasons, but to have him following me and maybe other people around like a lost puppy is crazy. Also AGAIN i know it’s protocol to ask people “if they need help” but like i had 4 “FOUR” different workers come up to me in less than 15 mins.
