I went in yesterday and was greeted by Jo, if I’m remembering the look of her name tag correctly. Very helpful in finding beginner skincare products for me since I haven’t really tried anything before, and with samples. I was excited to try out the products after Jo explained to me how to use them!

Horrible experience, a simple misunderstanding turned into a whole lot of rude actions and acting like she was better than me. I work customer service as well and owned a door to door sales business, hand down Asjha had treated me some of the worst ways the treat anyone that’s in your store. I don’t deserve rudeness or to be told to legit put my phone in her face when it was already in clear sight and she was on some horrible ego trip.
