As someone who doesn't know much about makeup, I really appreciated the polite, informative and helpful attitudes of the staff at Seaport! They were clear in their communication, friendly, and aided me in finding the product that I needed while also making other recommendations. Karmina was especially kind + curious and I really appreciated her help! Would totally recommend this Sephora :)
Ana was great! she did a color match for me and went above and beyond while educating me on different products.
Customer service is horrible - unpleasant, unhelpful and unfriendly stuff.
