I had a lovely experience at this Sephora thanks to Desiree. I went looking for a skin tint and she was quick to find the right product and shade for me. Kind, sweet and helpful, even redirected me to where I can get the product of my liking since it was out of stock at this location.
Girl with the braids is very rude
Desree saved the day (and preserved a few stars for my review) after a negative experience with a makeup man (white hair/black spectacles) I approached for help with recommendations. He immediately said he had been summoned to the back of the store, said he would be “right back” then completely disappeared. When I then saw him with an appointment he outright lied saying, “I looked all over for you!” I told him I was right where he left me when he said he would return.
