Usually love coming to this location bc it’s right by job & I have a friend that works here, & the staff is usually super nice & bubbly, but today!? The way I got treated?! Ruined my whole experience. Disgusting customer service. HANNAH, whatever her name is, HOSTILE, RUDE, SPEEDY service like I was ordering drive through or something. Barely let me talk & when I matched her energy all of a sudden I was the problem & refused me service. Nasty personality.
Love Sephora's the Boston Seaport location is nice. Friendly staff but like all Sephora's alot has to be ordered online
I came to Sephora Seaport to make a return and a purchase at the same time. Rebeca and Derek helped me and I am grateful for the good service and kindness
I had the amazing pleasure of meeting Hannah who took the time to answer every question I had. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient showing me products and looking to see if other stores had the products that were sold out. What I loved mostly about her was that she based her knowledge on items on her experience using them and that made me trust her even more. Hannah reminded me that the warmth in customer service still exists. Thank you, Hannah!!
