The offerings from the store are vast, but their return policy is horrendous: all returns must be done within 30 days, no exceptions (even for Rouge, their top tier spenders). Very disappointed with this change and will voice my displeasure by shopping elsewhere when possible.
Great customer service, very helpful and kind. I was able to get the assistance I needed to find the products I desired. Overall very organized and pleasant ambiance.
Include a sign for DoorDash specifically next to your online order pick up, thanks. It will improve efficiency.
So excited to come in and buy a fragrance ive had for a while, went up to someone for help to see if they even have it in stock so I wouldn’t waste my time they immediately directed me to go up to the register and ask them to pull whatever fragrance I needed…I go up to the register to ask for the perfume and was stood waiting for at least 15 minutes I look behind me and the person who’s supposed to look for MY perfume and help ME was fully helping someone else find a fragrance, ridiculous alll that for her to come up to me a... read more
