I had a wonderful experience at the Altamonte Mall Sephora on June 27th, thanks to Fiona! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and was genuinely excited to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I was interested in products from the Danessa Myricks line, and she used their color-matching camera to find the perfect shade for me. First time coming here because I’m usually an ULTA customer but I was not disappointed. All the staff were willing to help and readily available. Kristi was exceptional, her beauty and beautiful makeup had me rudely staring at her(#apologies🤦🏽‍♀️). The store was clean, well lit, and “Try me” were literally everywhere, which is a true bonus! I will be back for more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This survey is for the Altamonte springs location inside of the mall. I waited too late to do QR code survey from the receipt so I'm using this method. There was a employee there, light skin woman with short curly hair that didn't ask me if I needed anything, she walked in close proximity as if I were going to steal something still not asking if I needed anything and clearly I was searching for what I came for.
