I’m always having a great experience while coming here but arrived jus to join the Badalada block party to realize there was no event. Like why advertise and get people all hype to just go in to nothing. Huge disappointment. Besides everything else the ladies are all sweet and helpful.

Terrible experience. The saleswoman was completely rude! I asked for help choosing the right shade of concealer, and she told me that instead of wasting money on concealer, I should invest in makeup lessons. I was in shock! I tried to report her to the manager, only to find out she was the manager. How can someone in a managerial position treat a customer like that?

I can't say I’ve ever had a bad Sephora experience until well…now. I came here to get some makeup and treat myself during Black History month but not only was I avoided by employees when I went to ask for help several times but was also blantaly watched by them from corners of the store. They had little desire to help any customers and would instead huddle and talk instead when it was clear there was a sizeable amount of people in the store to assist.
