This survey is for the Altamonte springs location inside of the mall. I waited too late to do QR code survey from the receipt so I'm using this method. There was a employee there, light skin woman with short curly hair that didn't ask me if I needed anything, she walked in close proximity as if I were going to steal something still not asking if I needed anything and clearly I was searching for what I came for. I’ve had two separate, deeply unpleasant interactions with the same employee at this location. She is, among other things, extremely aggressive and doesn’t take hints that I’d rather shop alone, including but not limited to flat-out walking away from her, and when I have talked to her she is very frustrating to talk to. I have and will continue to go out of my way to another location over coming to this location and running into her again.

Just had an employee tell me that a blurring or matte foundation product doesn’t exist… Every other time I come here I have a rude experience, staff aren’t friendly to people who wear alternative style makeup. I guess the “clean girl” special treatment exists. Will only ever come to this location when the second closest store to me is out of stock.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Sephora location. I paid with my card, but after an exchange I was only given store credit without any clear explanation. Both the manager and cashier were unprofessional, making hand gestures and speaking to each other without communicating anything to me. I wasn’t given any real explanation even though they had my receipt and could see I paid with my card. I left feeling confused, dismissed, and upset. In Florida visiting my daughter and decided to stop by and shop as a rouge member, I shop frequently. This store was the most unprofessional rude store I have ever shopped at. I couldn't see the small print and asked for assistance I was mocked by this man and told I was in the altamonte store where things are done differently then where I was from. Needless to say, will never go back plus that mall was a bit scary but the closest to Heathrow.
