I went with my daughter and my grandkids all the sales associate look at us like if we are going to steal, we shopping very uncomfortable.
Nicole! She helped my mom find a concealer and suitable foundation, and was so patient during the process. She provided great tips and committed to doing a full face glam for her on the spot. Super informative, kind, and funny. I’ll go back to this store just for her!
The staff's customer service attitude needs improvement. One employee yelled at me while I was looking for a product because she thought I opened it. She didn't see it, she just assumed, then used impolite language towards me, even glaring at me. She followed me to another area, and there was a mess on the floor, but she thought I was the one who made it and irritably used a mop to clean it. Walked into Sephora looking for something in particular for skincare. They didn’t have it but after speaking with Damien he was extremely helpful with two product recommendations. Probably would not have found them without his help. This Sephora has a lot of great items from skincare, makeup, and the staff is super helpful.
