Great store and product in Sephora Sawgrass Mill, but the phone service is the worst. I've been calling for an hour to find out if they carry a product, and after listening to a loud awful music a girl answers and says "thank you for calling, hold on", then the music comes back forever, she never answers for a very long time, then I call again, waiting forever, being asked to hold on for another 15 minutes, then calling again.. very bad.
