Very happy with my first experience. I have no idea of anything makeup related and Julia was such a great help! I usually have anxiety when it comes to asking people for help at stores, especially makeup stores, and I didn’t have any anxiety while talking with Julia. She took her time and didn’t make me feel annoying for my 17,000 questions. She even left a cute little note on my Sephora account saying it was nice to meet me and that made me smile. Thank you Julia!
I’ve been to plenty Sephora’s and my experience recently at this Sephora was amazing! Stefanie was warm, kind and guided me to the right Beauty Advisor whenever I needed help. Sara is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Her energy, knowledge, expertise and patience was truly one of a kind. She answered my questions thoroughly and made great unbiased recommendations. This experience would make me return to this Sephora location!
Very professional staff.Emmerson ,Ally,& Vanessa,Milca,were Awesome! My only complaint-You do need better A/C !🥵 Also ,I vote NO DOGS/ Pets in cosmetic store..ppl have allergies, they peed on floor.. just yuck. IN 48 min, 4 dogs,1 bird & a cat in stroller were in this store. Annoying. Clearly NOT service animals. Anyway ..GREAT STAFF, GREAT STORE! Needs A/C !!
