Never really had a bad experience until today. The cashier zamaya had a nasty attitude and it started because she was mad the other cashier asked her to ring me up . She was mad she had to stop talking to another associate to help us. Very nasty and unwelcoming .

March 8, at night, we took a group of friends there, and what an unpleasant experience with the people in charge of receiving the payment, their attitude was not the best with people, they made comments about customers because they were not quick in making the payment, and their mockery was so rude, they took my daughter's money from her hands to tell her, when would something like that be acceptable? Came in tonight very excited. I wanted to get a whole new makeup routine and open a credit card. I came to KOP assuming it would be the best store for help. There were more employees than customers. All hanging out and trying on samples. No one said hi or offered to help. There were dirty tissues and baskets all over the floors. I ended up leaving. Very disappointing.

Let me begin by stating that this is my fourth visit to this location, and I’ve encountered the same routine every time. As a male who is unfamiliar with female beauty products, I was met with indifference from the staff. Their primary focus seemed to be on assisting other women. Fortunately, a gentleman who worked there kindly guided me to the product I needed. Without that assistance, I would have been unable to locate it.
