This review is NOT directed at this location but rather Sephora in general. As a first timer, I tried to book an appointment online. I accidentally booked same day when I meant to book several days out. I *immediately* (within mere seconds of my mistake) rescheduled for the correct day. However, I was charged $20 for a same day cancellation fee! Customer service in this store sucks. I was judged when I walked in. I am pretty stylish and my makeup was flawless. I asked where one of the Brands was since I was visiting from out of state and haven’t been in this mall since 2008. I just didn’t appreciate the looks I was getting in the store. I may not be a size 2 but a size 16 and I can dress trendy too. The up and down looks and side eye made me feel unwelcome. I would have purchased more than the Pat McGrath palette I bought but I felt uncomfortable.
Terrible experience at register. Went to return a product and buy a new one. Upon telling rep she gave me an attitude took my product, mocked me told me it was halfway used when it was used 2times AND this product is know to have issues ( one size shimmer setting spray). Took my info informed me it was “hella outside of the window” after giving me dirty looks in the process. did not catch her name because i was scared she was going to fight me. she was at the perfume counter and she had these huge spider lashes which looked like they needed to be washed. NEVER IN MY LIFE have an encountered a more aggressive Sephora employee. i asked if a perfume was in stock and she said no. i asked if she could check the back since it said the perfume was in stock online. she said in the most ill-mannered way "i just said its not in stock, do you want me to call my manager?" i said no, and she rolled her eyes ... read more
