Came for curbside pickup. Couldn’t go in due to injured foot. Waited on hold twice for 15 min+ each. Nobody ever answered.
So far I had very good experiences with Sephora and their customer service. But not in this location. I work in retail and I know how important is to listen to customers and understand them. Today I did not felt this from their makeup artist and other staff. Very poor customer service. It doesn’t matter we have what customers need or not as long as we try to help and care is good. I have now been to Josh twice for makeup application and wow… Josh is a true creative makeup genius! The first visit was for summer wedding guest Makeup to compliment my dress. The second visit was for some dramatic makeup for a witch themed costume party/fundraiser. On both occasions I quite literally cried tears of joy because of the results.
