I came in looking for the Merit brand simply because I saw it online. I was warmly greeted by Kayla when I entered, and she kindly asked if I needed any help, which I definitely did! She colour matched me and suggested extra products from other brands that catered to what I was looking for. Give her a raise, because she was fabulous and gave great recommendations!
At the cash I was offered an item off the counter and the cashier made it seem like it was free so I grabbed a face mask and after leaving the mall I realized they charged me $8 for the face mask after being led to believe it was free. I have heard other stories of this happening at other stores too. Should make it clear what’s free and what you are paying for when it comes to the things at the counter.
