I got my prom makeup done by JOSH, and he absolutely killed it. It was beyond my expectations, great service, and he was very kind, fun and polite. Everyone complimented my makeup, and he was overall amazing!
Tried to return an unopened gift (stickers on the box seal are untouched) that I received as a birthday gift, but being 1 day past 30 days, i was simply told "the system wont let me". They could even see my birthday on the system proving it was a birthday gift (which i didnt receive for weeks). You'd think this large company would have customer service that goes above and beyond, especially for a loyalty member collecting points and spending for years - youd think there'd be some effort to try to get an exception. Not sure what it is with this sephora but I should be able to walk more than 3 feet without another worker asking me if I’m okay after I said I was just browsing. I was asked if I was okay 5 different times within the span of 5 minutes and that’s not an exaggeration. It made me feel like I was doing something wrong when I was just trying to smell perfumes.
