Brantford Ontario. Friday July 18th, 2025. 3pm. I just had my FIRST (of many) glamour makeup service done by Josh -- who is amazing. Make that PHENOM. What a brilliant job he did on my 59 year old face and turning me into a super model for the night. I love it. He was amazing, he IS amazing and I will be back. Thanks Josh. I was served by Gary today, and he was fantastic! I came into the store for 1 thing, and I’m pretty independent as a shopper but he saw me struggling to find the sunscreen spray I wanted and jumped in right away to help. I left the store with 6 items instead of 1 because I kept remembering more things I could get while I was there and he was just so knowledgeable and friendly, that it was an easy sell! I'm sorry to say that my recent visit was disappointing due to the poor service I received. The store attendant, Loujane, was rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of interest in assisting me. They stopped helping me and walked away midway through our interaction, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer experience.

Amazing service. Kayla is amazing. She is able to offer several suggestions and provides you with education on how to use the product. Clean store. Wasn't stocked up fully with a lot of products but they are generous with samples.
