I had a lovely experience at the Wonderland Sephora! I purchased a Charlotte Tilbury setting spray during the sephora sale and opened it today, just to realize there was a dead fly floating in the bottle. I went to the White Oaks location where I purchased it and they would not exchange it because it had been over 30 days, despite a dead fly being in the bottle as soon as it opened it.
