Service was not great at all and I was followed and watched the entire time with no offer of help . Won't be going back to that location.
Two and a half stars here. Without seeking a generic reply or explanation, I simply offer the suggestion to fellow shoppers; save yourself the trip and buy online. This is not the Sephora shopping experience that built the name.
I had a great experience shopping at Sephora Westwood. The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is stocked and clean. Go to Sephora for sure.
