Dont have enough staff, stood their 1/2 hour and no one came to help. Asked for birthday gift at the checkout and they refused bcz u gotta pick it up same month.i was late by 2 days. Downtown location is way better. I pick em up after 2 months sometimes, they never refused.
I like shopping here. They have nice collection but have faced challenges sometimes getting the product I actually want as it's sold and also they do not to refills. Nonetheless very helpful staff where one feels welcomed.
Worst service ever !!! The employees aren’t helpful here at all.
