I really like this location. Isabella is the sweetest and most helpful. She helped look up my Sephora credit card and place an order for an item unavailable in their store. You can tell that she really cares for the people who walk in!
This is the first time I received the best customer service experience at Sephora. Ashanti is that girl, and she helped me so much! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. A girly who is intermediate, as well as a beginner with makeup, (if you know what I mean), I felt confident, excited, and well educated about the choices we made. I did my makeup today and got soooo many compliments on my look! Thank you Ashanti for the best Sephora experience ever! I will be back!
Sephora in the mall was so busy and Anna gave me very informative recommendations, was extremely knowledgeable and was so patient with me! She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, gave expert recommendations, offered a color match, samples, and got some out of stock products shipped to my home. Overall 5/5 for customer care!
