"Warning to international shoppers: do not visit sephora in southpoint mall and never let them pack your bags without checking the items first. I bought an expensive Hourglass product here on the sales executive recommendation, only to find it was broken when I reached home. Made a purchase there and asked the sales rep if I had any points available because I really wanted to try some kerastase items from the reward bazaar. She said I had zero points even though I was pretty confident that I did, but figured they expired with the new year. I got home, checked online, and sure enough… I had 400+ points. Why lie? I’m very disappointed, because they no longer have that reward now.

This was one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The employees were unfriendly, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. The overall attitude in the store felt hostile and unwelcoming, which completely ruined the visit. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Corporate seriously needs to address the customer service at this location.

All 5 stars for Jallisa at this Sephora! She was absolutely amazing. So friendly, kind, and genuinely patient while answering all my questions. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, from the perfect fragrance to skincare that actually fits me. I never felt rushed, just truly taken care of.
