I have never had someone match foundation so perfectly to my face, and Nahz (one of the LBAs) found the perfect match not once, but twice. My skin changes tones depending on how much sun I've been in. I'm much darker now than I was on my first skin match, but she set me up so well. I signed up for a service to do my full face for an awards ceremony, and Nahz has me looking GORGEOUS, y'all. She gave me exactly what I was looking for but knew I couldn't do myself. Some of the rudest staff. Lol they don’t smile or acknowledge you. Asking a simple question is so bothersome. This is why I shop online. And to think you’re a woman being rude to other women. Shame.

Great shopping experience at Sephora! The staff was friendly and helpful, the store was clean and well-stocked, and I found exactly what I was looking for. I love the variety of skincare and makeup products. Definitely recommend!

I spent over $50 there and no apology for not even having one sample to share with me at check out, just “we don’t have any samples” as if I were asking them some huge favor. I will go elsewhere when I need to make a beauty purchase.
