I love go this this Sephora store because I know Emma always is there to help. This girl is always amazing and very helpful. As a man is kind of embarrassed to go to a make up store and get some skin products, but Emma always helps you to feel comfortable and helps you to find the best products. Thank you Emma!!!
Great service
I had a disappointing experience at checkout. I spent over $80 but wasn’t offered any free samples or the birthday gift set. I also forgot to ask about the birthday gift during checkout, so I had to come back afterward to ask about it. The female employee seemed unsure and unhelpful, but thankfully another employee stepped in, helped me, and let me choose my birthday gift set. I appreciate his assistance, but the overall checkout service could have been much better.
"Warning to international shoppers: do not visit sephora in southpoint mall and never let them pack your bags without checking the items first. I bought an expensive Hourglass product here on the sales executive recommendation, only to find it was broken when I reached home. Despite the brand's 'premium' image, their customer support is bottom-tier.
