Let me start by saying that there is obviously a reason why I shop from Sephora. I’m a VIB member of their beauty insider program fora reason. I’ve continued to recommend their products to others for a reason. That reason is definitely not this store, which unfortunately is the only buy online pick up in store Sephora in my area. I love the products but the service is disheartening. They're not friendly. The treat you as if you're beneath them. It's mind-boggling to me. It's no dig, but you chose to be a cashier. Smile for everyone who shops there. They need cultural training. I can afford the spaces I shop in. They act as if they're doing you a favor. It's the audacity of it all.
