This is why I do not shop at Sephora in Macon. Upon entering not one employee acknowledge me. The first employee was restocking and never looked up to ask if I needed assistance. I had to actually walk around her side to grab the item I came in for. I guess she was busy reading the ingredients of the items she was restocking. The manager is very rude and has an attitude. She seems like she’s miserable working there. So do all the other beauty advisors. Not welcoming at all. Never been greeted or assisted. Customer service definitely needs to improve.
Most horrible one on one customer service I have ever experienced.
