I stopped by the store because I needed a light weight foundation. Char listened to my needs and price point and then colour matched me. The match. Is. Impeccable. I hate when you go to stores and it looks ok but then you look like an Oompa Loompa when you get home. Not this time! Char was dead on. I much prefer this location to going to the mall in Windsor or London. The staff in Chatham are always friendly, attentive and give great recommendations based on what you actually want and in the price range you want to spend.

Sephora is always a little intimidating for me. I tend to get face cleansers etc for my teenage sons. When a product I’ve been getting for them was no longer working I did a bit of research on another brand. Brought my one son with me and was greeted by Candace. Candace was more than happy to answer all my questions and recommended some great products and little hacks for my sons to do too. I’ll definitely be back with a bit more confidence. If Candace is working I’ll for sure ask for her help. Thank you Candace!
