I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice, bubbly young girl earlier today. She was helpful and very educated in the products she was recommending. I have had many bad experiences with Sephora as a whole due to my age and my millions of questions but I found that Alex was very kind and patient with me. She picked me out a beautiful blush and lipstick and even showed me a solid cleanser to take my makeup off with. I had no idea that those existed but thanks to her I do now. Cashier is very cold. I went in for my birthday reward . The cashier told me 2 very foreign brand name , I was confused and no idea what they are , yes I am NOT a regular shopper at Sephora, couldn’t afford it , but still super looking forward for this little treat for myself, I said sorry that it is ? During my recent visit last week, I overheard what I think were managers talking negatively about one of the employees, whose name is Jallissa, and she always gives the best customer service. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear as a customer to say the least, and it ruined my experience in the store, and I don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this store again. I was thinking of saying something about this, but it was not okay to talk about her looks and make fun of her.
Went in this morning for a return. Staff was extremely friendly and return was efficient and quick. Even before I entered the doors an associate saw me and greeted me with a huge smile. Sadly I didn’t get their names but excellent customer service!
Vivien Marton from Sephora Brantford location should learn from this place what customer service is and also train their employees at Brantford how to look presentable n have a smile on their faces , Including Vivien and some of their employees don’t even wash their faces or noses and come to work , can you believe this people who work in beauty industry don’t know how to come to work ! She’s a terrible and bad example at Brantford Sephora.
