I had such a positive experience during my visit to Sephora thanks to Alexandra. She was incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely wanted to help. Alex took the time to answer my questions, offered thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for, and made the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. She clearly has a strong understanding of the products and takes the time to make sure customers feel comfortable with their selections. Great attitude and customer service—I really appreciated it!

Very interesting (not) to see that I got treated differently at the cash register, compared to the white woman who was cashed out before me. The cashier (Zanib i think) was a POC as well, but people clearly have implicit biases. Didn’t even offer me a bag for my purchase - never mind a smile or a greeting - just negative vibes altogether. Comparatively, the white woman who was cashed out before me was greeted with a smile, and im pretty sure there was a joke cracked too.
