It's one of the bigger sephora's i have been to. Clean and the staff were nice and helpful.
Love love love this location. It’s a go to place for all my quick makeup runs. The employees are super friendly and help pick the right match from the entire ocean of products.
Lauren was so helpful--truly above and beyond. I came in with a long, very specific list of everything I wanted and she powered through the store with me to find it all and help me test each item. She and manager Elaine stayed late in order to set up my account because some information wasn't loading quite right and they wanted to get me my points. Fantastic service from the moment I walked in until after close. Thank you both!!
I have a very bad experience of this store in ANCASTER A FEW TIMES, But i still come here since I live nearby. Until I have this experience that’s aweful, I tried a PERFUME VALENTINO that’s recommended by their Staff who assisted me to try it and if I don’t like it I can return with FULL REFUND or store credit within 60 DAYS. So I came back to RETURN ON 33rd day I was told by SUPERVISOR MEGAN who very INCONSIDERATE & unhelpful that I can only have store credit and I said I don’t want a store credit, I was told by your staff ... read more
