Excellent service at Sephora thanks to manager Ely. I bought a $200 perfume for my sister visiting from Chicago, but she had an allergic reaction. Ely was kind, professional, and very understanding. She quickly resolved the issue with a store credit and made the experience smooth and stress-free.Because of her excellent service, we felt confident continuing to shop and ended up purchasing even more products. I had the pleasure of meeting a very nice, bubbly young girl earlier today. She was helpful and very educated in the products she was recommending. I have had many bad experiences with Sephora as a whole due to my age and my millions of questions but I found that Alex was very kind and patient with me. She picked me out a beautiful blush and lipstick and even showed me a solid cleanser to take my makeup off with. I had no idea that those existed but thanks to her I do now.
