Omg! This is my FAVORITE Sephora Store! Customer service is EXCELLENT and the store location is the best. Plenty parking, beautiful mall, best neighborhood. Can't say enough. 🤩

The associates check in while you're mingling, will generally leave you be, and are friendly so you can easily approach. I like that there are several makeup remover, test sponge, and trash can stations. The store is mostly organized and the app appears updated with what is/not in stock. I'm not sure there's much long-term that can be done with cream testers and lint debris, like the Ilia foundation sticks by the front door. I left because it was weird being confronted by the sales associate about an empty foundation tester.

I came in today for my BOPIS and was greeted warmly, and every beauty advisor was busy, which is completely understandable. I went to the counter to pick up my order since there were already a few beauty advisors and no line at cashwrap. The beauty advisor who “helped” me seemed like she was forced to help me. The entire interaction felt very passive-aggressive, and the only thing she said was, “Next time, just ask the front workers to help you.” Well, they were all busy… hence why I walked to the empty cash desk.
