I came in today for my BOPIS and was greeted warmly, and every beauty advisor was busy, which is completely understandable. I had a very upsetting experience with a staff member named Alex. I accidentally dropped my blush near him while trying to take it from my sister. It was a complete accident, and only a tiny bit of powder got on the floor. I immediately apologized and asked, “Are you okay?” but he didn’t respond.
