Absolute worst customer service. All associates were avoiding customers and chatting amongst themselves. Even the so called management! I asked to speak to a manager and she was part of the problem!!! No one smiles, says hello or is helpful in any way at this location. The service is so horrible I might as well order online.

I’m disappointed with my experience at Sephora Oakville Place. I came in just three days past the return window, hoping to exchange,not return, an Armani foundation shade that was originally matched for me by one of their staff members. I’ve been meaning to come in sooner, but with work and life, it was hard to make it in on time. I visited this store on Friday, September 26. There were only 3 staff members in the whole store. None of them showed any interest in assisting the clients who were there, they had a negative attitude and talked rudely to me when I asked for specific products. What an unpleasant experience, specially, when compared with the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at the Mapleview Mall in Burlington. It was a very disappointing experience.

I tried this place for the first time and seriously the products to service all of it was missing. The team were judgmental and borderline racist. There was an old woman of color trying some products and these people were side eying her and nonchalantly following her everywhere the whole time and when she wanted to purchase all those products, they were shocked and insisted if she was sure to buy it all, they didn't expect her to have money or worst expected she her to steal.
