I visited this store on Friday, September 26. There were only 3 staff members in the whole store. None of them showed any interest in assisting the clients who were there, they had a negative attitude and talked rudely to me when I asked for specific products. What an unpleasant experience, specially, when compared with the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at the Mapleview Mall in Burlington. It was a very disappointing experience.

I tried this place for the first time and seriously the products to service all of it was missing. The team were judgmental and borderline racist. There was an old woman of color trying some products and these people were side eying her and nonchalantly following her everywhere the whole time and when she wanted to purchase all those products, they were shocked and insisted if she was sure to buy it all, they didn't expect her to have money or worst expected she her to steal. So I am a week late in writing this but I need to make a shout out to Lexi for going above and beyond for a client. I called her with a last minute make-up emergency and although she was busy and not even doing make-up that day, she accommodated my request for my daughter. Not only did she do an incredible job on a very busy Saturday, but I would definitely use her for future events since she is extremely skilled at her craft. Thank you Lexi, your kindness was greatly appreciated!!
