Nicollette assisted me and I can’t say enough good things. I’ve been a makeup lover for many years and I thought I knew pretty much everything about makeup but she educated me and recommended some pretty great products that I hadn’t heard of. She also recommended popular products I had heard of but advised me to use them differently than advertised based on skin concerns I mentioned and it worked out great! I’m so impressed with the service I received. She’s a pro!
I seen someone exchange some used stuff for new hair removal honey wax then the person at the store put it back on the shelf I had to leave immediately or I would of said something.
I loved my experience with Jocelyn! Usually, staff are in a rush when shade matching, but she took the time to find my perfect match in the Sephora Collection. Unfortunately, the item was out of stock, but she kindly redirected me to the nearest store for that and a Fenty Beauty product that was also sold out. She went above and beyond to answer my questions, it felt so good to have someone genuinely help me pick out products and share her favorites.
