Came here with my mom yesterday and we had an uncomfortable/ not pleasant experience. quickly realized within 10 min of us being in the store that majority of the employees were rude, lack Customer service skills and cashiers seem to be irritated very quickly. Yesterday I had an amazing employee assist me with my pick up order. As their system was not working Julia assisted and made what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. I asked for her assistance with an additional item, she asked all the right questions and within a few moments Julia had chosen me the perfect item meeting all of my requirements! Sephora typically does have wonderful staff however I really want to spotlight Julia for her outstanding customer service! Thank you Julia!
Bad customer service , once you are at the store you became invisible 🫥 no associate offer any service just looking at me like a ghost or something, came to get a full coverage fenty foundation and left with disappointment, so sad
