Over 10 minutes and I just gave up, why doesn't anyone answer the phone, even when in store they refuse to help you, it's 1 extreme or the other, if they think your gonna steal all of them will come upto you bothering you, or if your dressed presentable, no one will help you. So much staff and yet no one can handle a phone, ridiculous.
