Honestly every time I come to this specific Sephora as a black woman I have a negative experience. From a packed store with the suited security near me no matter which section I go to then today an issue with a return that I had an email bar code sent to me specifically for in store return and they somehow still made it an issue to take the items. Stating a new return policy regarding 30days but my return was initiated after the 30days(31st day to be exact) and the website had no issue starting my return and emailing the bar... read more
This location is usually crowded but they're nonetheless well stocked. Conveniently located with ample parking
two hours ago I bought perfume, they brought me the wrong one, I realized it only when I got home and opened the box
Came in, and the first thing I noticed was the overflowing trash bins. Some of the display shelves were also very disorganized and messy.
