Requested assistance with color matching for a tinted moisturizer that’s non comedogenic and non acnegenic. The staff member applied a product she insisted was both of those but turned out not to be. The Clean at Sephora label is not the same as non comedogenic unfortunately, and I had to show her online. The staff should be trained on this. I went to the ULTA next door and had a much better experience.
Talin helped me today and she was amazing! Super sweet and helpful. Thank you Talin. (Ps. Not sure if I spelled her name correctly. Sorry)
Olivia was super helpful and kind this past Saturday. She did an excellent job shade matching.
