One of the worst Sephora store’s ever I ve stepped in. Unorganized, chaotic, unprofessional staff. Veronica she made a mistake, and acted as if I am lying infront of people, after I double checked with another staff, she was able to solve it and mentioned was the store staff or system’s fault! , and she doesn’t even know the manner to apologize. The store manager neither!! Already purchased but. it was my first and last time shopping in here. Awful experience
