Great store customer service was outstanding, and there were plenty of employees on the floor to assist you with any questions about SEPHORA products.
Probably the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to. Didn’t have a lot of samples, but the ones they did have were dirty and had my hand coated in lipstick from how sloppy they were. In addition to this, the check-out register said their system was down and couldn’t redeem any points. This store needs a makeover.
as much as i'd hate to say it, the other reviews are accurate. i came into this sephora maybe last week for some perfume and all the sample bottles i was interested in were empty, i asked one of the ladies at the front if they maybe had another one and she wasn't much help and just told me to look at the travel sized perfumes which is OK her attitude was a bit off but i figured she'd probably had a bad shift. however, she didn't walk me towards the section or try to help me find the sampler, all of the bottles were MIXED up,... read more
