After my last visit on the 15th, I will never be back to this Sephora location. This is by far one of the worst Sephora locations I have ever been to, and believe me, I have been to A LOT. I don’t know where management found the people employed at this location. They are some of the most disrespectful and careless employees. Jackie <3 asked me if I was shopping for a specific reason which I was, my daughters birthday, & she was able to recommend and pull out something even better than what I had and she was able to help me change the product I chose for the actual correct product I was looking for. Every time I go to this store, I never get any help. None of the associates even bother to ask me if I need help.
Well, I have to admit I love coming here. I come here at least once every other month I’m a big fan of the Joe Malone, Juliette has a gun, Burberry, dolce and Gabbana, and billions of others because I hate to say it fragrance is a hobby. I sit in the car all day so believe me these fragrances is coming in handy. Great service lots of fun gotta dance around and remember sign up for that rewards program because nobody else does it better hat a wonderful staff. This time I went to jump alone and I even got my birthday gift.!
