I went in to purchase a specific perfume. I already knew exactly which one I wanted. I asked an associate for help and was told to wait because they were assisting another customer. No problem. I waited until they were done, but once they finished, no one came back to help me. Went there to a get parfumes for my mom. Loved the fact that no one bothers you and you can smell all the parfumes in peace. Wish they had more selections and definitely wish they would include some samples.
