Northridge store association Dee was terrible for being rude and unprofessional. I was being friendly and her monotone was really bothersome but I didn’t say anything. When I turned around to leave she screamed “what did you say!?” I said excuse me do you have something to say to me!? I booked an appointment a week in advance because my daughter is getting married in Las Vegas, which is now today July 24. I normally go to Jackie to get my makeup done but I see that she was not gonna be available so I used her coworker. Artist Arleen S. wish I had no problem with using because I was told by Jackie when she’s not there to go to her so this appointment was booked in a week in advance. I walked into Sephora feeling like a total lost puppy, but then I met Donna. She immediately recognized the distress on my face and stepped in to save the day. She went above and beyond to help me find every single item for my order, and most importantly, she never made me feel like a burden for needing the extra help. Donna is absolutely amazing! If you’re feeling overwhelmed, go find her! She’s a total pro, taking all of the anxiety out of my experience!
Alyssa a brown curly haired worker was horrible I asked her to help me find a foundation and after the first one she already had an attitude “ I don’t think YOU know how foundations work” when I went without makeup, I use makeup everyday. Rude
