I walked into Sephora feeling like a total lost puppy, but then I met Donna. She immediately recognized the distress on my face and stepped in to save the day. She went above and beyond to help me find every single item for my order, and most importantly, she never made me feel like a burden for needing the extra help. Donna is absolutely amazing! If you’re feeling overwhelmed, go find her! She’s a total pro, taking all of the anxiety out of my experience!
Alyssa a brown curly haired worker was horrible I asked her to help me find a foundation and after the first one she already had an attitude “ I don’t think YOU know how foundations work” when I went without makeup, I use makeup everyday. Rude

I went in to purchase a specific perfume. I already knew exactly which one I wanted. I asked an associate for help and was told to wait because they were assisting another customer. No problem. I waited until they were done, but once they finished, no one came back to help me.
