Jackie <3 asked me if I was shopping for a specific reason which I was, my daughters birthday, & she was able to recommend and pull out something even better than what I had and she was able to help me change the product I chose for the actual correct product I was looking for. A million thanks beautiful!
Every time I go to this store, I never get any help. None of the associates even bother to ask me if I need help.
Well, I have to admit I love coming here. I come here at least once every other month I’m a big fan of the Joe Malone, Juliette has a gun, Burberry, dolce and Gabbana, and billions of others because I hate to say it fragrance is a hobby. I sit in the car all day so believe me these fragrances is coming in handy. Great service lots of fun gotta dance around and remember sign up for that rewards program because nobody else does it better hat a wonderful staff. This time I went to jump alone and I even got my birthday gift.!
Northridge store association Dee was terrible for being rude and unprofessional. I was being friendly and her monotone was really bothersome but I didn’t say anything. When I turned around to leave she screamed “what did you say!?” I said excuse me do you have something to say to me!? I booked an appointment a week in advance because my daughter is getting married in Las Vegas, which is now today July 24. I normally go to Jackie to get my makeup done but I see that she was not gonna be available so I used her coworker.
