I came in right before closing today and was met by two of the sweetest people. They were both incredibly kind and the woman helping me was very knowledgeable. Felt super welcomed! Amazing experience
I went in to buy make-up. Salesperson approaches with no smile or greeting and says just, “What do you want”. She was sullen the entire time, I imagine to let me know she has no time for old ladies with wrinkles. I walked out with nothing and got what I needed at Ulta.
