I normally choose this store over Ulta and don't mind paying their slightly higher prices because the customer service is always excellent and they usually hook me up with samples. Unfortunately, my latest visit was a letdown. After one staff member told me samples were available, a different employee—whom I’d already had a tense, negative interaction with earlier that day—snapped, 'What kind of samples are you talking about?' before flatly telling me they didn't have any. I’ve been to the Sephora at Wiregrass Mall countless times, but my daughter and I had our best experience today thanks to Astrid. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. I paid for same-day delivery, but my order was not delivered the same day. If you’re charging customers for expedited shipping, the service should match what was promised. especially when the main reason for ordering was the delivery speed. I hope you improve..
