Huge shoutout to Isabel I came in today because I was struggling find a good foundation since being postpartum and finally after months she helped me to find the best foundation she took her time with me and made my confidence come back i really appreciate her and how sweet she was!
The staff at this location are not helpful. During my visit I asked for help from two different individuals. Mere question as to where can I find a sharpener and the person replied umm well it’s somewhere around here without pointing to a specific direction or mentioning an area. Perhaps she was helping someone else at the time but there was no one around her that I could see. Britannie needs customer service training. Very short and rude with people. She was being very discourteous to many people, including my spouse.
I understand that this Sephora is in a Kohl's so your options are reduced. I don't understand is how your OUT OF STOCK of the already reduced options you have.
