THIS is what a Sephora should be like. Friendly employees. The store is a bit overwhelming so make sure you have plenty of time to shop. It was my birthday so I dropped by the desk for (as a Sephora member) my free gift and was IMPRESSED at what was offered. It's so nice to be in a classy Sephora rather than the one where I live, which is not only chaotic, it is poorly staffed and pathetically inadequate. THIS is the Sephora I'll be returning to.
Staff very helpful and friendly and very welcoming here. I am from Toronto and the level of service to this sephora in Florida is night and day. I will always be returning here.
I wouldn't recommend making an appointment to get your makeup done here. I've made two appointments, a year apart, to have my makeup done before an important event. Both times I made the appointment through an employee in person because I didn't trust the app to get it right. Both times, I planned a very busy day around the appointment. I had the best experience at this store. As a middle-aged woman on the hunt for a foundation that actually looks and feels good, I came in wanting honest guidance, not hype. A Sephora employee, Bannexa, asked if I needed help when I first walked in. I was doing a little recon on my own, so I said no. She respected that and gave me space, which I really appreciated.
