What makes Sephora stand out to me is their generous sample offerings, which let me try new products before committing. Unfortunately, I’ve never received any samples when shopping in-store—even when I asked. Ironically, I get plenty when I order online. That’s why I’ve stopped buying in-store altogether.

The WORST customer service!! I have never been so disappointed in Sephora. I went in to purchase a bunch of product, and the sales associate kept telling me the purchase was not going through, so I had to try to pay 3 separate times and finally it went through. WELL, they actually ended up charging me all 3 times. I have gone to this store to try and get my money back for the duplicated purchase, and they gave me the run around and told me to call Customer Service. Mishka is an absolute queen. She is so friendly and knowledgeable in all the sections I needed help with, in make up and hair products. For any questions, she is the go to!!

I go here all the time but today about 4 workers came up to me offering me samples and telling me about the same discount I even after I told them I already knew. They just wouldn't take no for an answer and it made me want to leave immediately.
