Update to how terrible the PG sephora is; Shelves are empty. Its filthy. They have no product in and no one will offer a substitution. You get followed around if you dare continue to shop. 0 stars. Order online and get it delivered to your address. Went in for a simple pick up as I purchased online. Huge line with ONE person on till. They paged someone named Janine numerous times with zero answer. I find out later that's the manager who couldn't be bothered to come help the associates. KAYLA was phenomenal. She went above & beyond any other Sephora employee has ever done for me. She didn’t make me feel rushed or that she was bothered, she thoroughly educated me on products for both skincare & make up. It started off well and then ended with fraud. I went in to look at makeup and try on foundation and makeup..I was then asked if Id like to sit down and have her try the makeup on me..I said sure as why not try it on before you buy. She asked to pull up my account and i thought it was to colour match me not sign off on consent of anything. In the end I walked away with 260 of product. The blonde employee working on Friday, January 24th put a bad taste in my mouth. She first tried to insist that I take a basket from her even though I only had one item that I was purchasing. When I declined, she said to make sure I ask for a bag at the till. She then stared me down everywhere I went.
