I made the mistake of coming in with little sleep during shift swift. I had help looking at The Ordinary products and grabbed 2 items as well as 3 cosmetic items. At check out, I somehow only left with 4 of the 5 items and got double charged for the most expensive item, while the cheapest one did not get scanned. I thought the total seemed pretty steep before I left, but shrugged it off until I left town and went over everything. Maybe I wasn't the only one sleep deprived, but still annoyed at paying extra.

Saneza was absolutely wonderful! !!She patiently helped me choose the products and warmly showed me how to use them. She's so polite and incredibly knowledgeable. I always enjoy seeing her friendly smile, and I happily walk right up to her whenever I need the best advice on products.

Danny (Daniel) at Sephora was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He really listened to what we were looking for and took the time to help us find the perfect cologne and perfume that work beautifully for us as a couple. Truly outstanding service—this guy is a gem. Sephora should give him a raise and do everything possible to keep him.

5/5 stars for Kelsey who is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel so welcome as someone who doesn’t usually shop at Sephora. Great store with great people, glad to have in town.

Adela is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and funny. She’s everything a customer service representative should be! I’ll go back to this location again and again because of her.
