Shelley is exceptional, always has a smile, asks the right questions to get you the perfect product and doesn’t attack you when you come in. Highly recommend asking for her if you are a beginner or don’t wear makeup a lot. She will take the time to get you what is best for your skin and your needs! I came in to buy makeup and asked an employee for help finding my foundation shade, but she told me to do it myself on a sponge, which left me confused and discouraged me from purchasing it. Later, I asked her where to find a few brands, and she helped me but repeatedly made faces at me. I interacted with her 3–4 times and found her behaviour very rude and unprofessional. I don’t remember her name, but she had red hair.
I was very disappointed by the way I was treated during my visit. I politely asked a staff member about the Josie Maran body oil because I was curious whether Sephora offered refills and how much they would cost. She immediately said no in a dismissive manner, without looking at me or taking the time to properly answer my question. Her attitude made me feel judged, looked down upon, and discriminated against.
