I felt completely ignored. I walked around looking for help and employees walked past without asking if I needed anything. Because of that, I got the wrong shade and had to guess on my own. Really disappointed with the service here! Would I be returning to this location? Absolutely not! 1/10 experience.
I work near this location (Bay Plaza, Bronx NY) so it’s convenient, however checking out is absolute HELL!! I don’t understand why would the manager have numerous employees on the floor and only ONE cashier?! This past Saturday (Valentine’s Day) around 5pm or so I went to this location to buy some fragrances for my partner, but the line was treacherous!! It wrapped around and around…and around. Jocelyn in the perfume area was amazing she was so kind asked me if I needed help which I told her no but I was looking around . She immediately recommended me some perfumes which I loved since , I wasn’t expecting to get anything but she definitely convinced me and that’s good customer service. Both my husband and I walked out with two YSL perfumes .
