I went in recently to see the Rhode restock and ended up talking with the most helpful, insightful and knowledgeable store associate. Her name was Gianna! I thought I knew a lot about this brand but she totally blew my mind with all the additional facts she had for me. She did not make me feel like I had to buy the product if I didn't want it but she made me feel excited to buy it! I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for many years and have always trusted the company to uphold the highest standards for the products they carry. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. On multiple visits with different associates, I’ve found the staff to be lacking product knowledge, and in some cases, I even felt misled. The storefront itself is lovely, well stocked and well kept however some of the staff members can brush up on their customer service. I was looking for a specific item and had the item on the Sephora website open on my phone as I was looking for the correct color for me.
