Very disappointing customer service experience. Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience today, August 29, between 2–3 PM. I’ve been to this Sephora location multiple times, but the employees today were extremely rude, standoffish, and unwelcoming. When I asked for help, I was met with strange facial expressions and attitudes, and I constantly felt like I was being watched as if I were suspected of stealing. I went to the mall with my two sisters and stopped by Sephora because we needed to pick up a few products. As soon as we started looking at the Rhode display, two employees appeared to observe us, which made us feel uncomfortable. Some scammer apparently gave my number and redeemed my points in this store on June 28, 2026 and then changed my account name to their name, “Ian Martinez” and the store sales person allowed this to happen. Either it was a random scammer or someone in the store is stealing customer’s points. This needs to be investigated. Mind you, I am in Canada along with my account and this somehow still happened.
