Everyone at Sephora was so friendly and helpful! I came here a few months ago and had such a great experience. Jeff is the best—he really took his time and helped me find the absolute perfect shade of skin tint.
I walked in today hoping to find a foundation that id love. Thanks to Dafne I was able to leave the store more than happy! She offered great customer service and did not rush to find my foundation shade. Im sure your managers are grateful to have you as a part of their team!!
I had come to this Sephora intending to purchase a glossier spray. Immediately upon entering an employee greeted me and then proceeded to look me up and down and give me an extremely judgmental dirty look. I immediately turned around and left taking my business elsewhere. How can you be in a customer facing role whilst treating your customers like garbage? Bad experience even as an LVMH employee. Profiled repeatedly by two Hispanic employees even AFTER purchasing numerous items. Definitely with follow up with corporate partners on observations.
Will never be returning to this pathetic location. Such an unpleasant experience. Constantly being offered a basket when I already had one in hand. I purchased about $200 worth of stuff and was not acting in any way “suspicious” but was definitely being treated like a thief. Then while ringing out for my items the cashier was speaking into her microphone “Watch out for the couple near tower 28 section” like excuse you?
