Will never be returning to this pathetic location. Such an unpleasant experience. Constantly being offered a basket when I already had one in hand. I purchased about $200 worth of stuff and was not acting in any way “suspicious” but was definitely being treated like a thief. Then while ringing out for my items the cashier was speaking into her microphone “Watch out for the couple near tower 28 section” like excuse you? I’ve had multiple extremely upsetting experiences at the Sephora, all involving the same employee whose behavior toward me has been rude, demeaning, and intimidating( this no longer should be a huge surprise at this location because all the reviews claim to have been treated the same way especially WOC which I am, again not surprised.) Absolutely unacceptable experience at Sephora, American Dream Mall. An employee named Ashley made an openly rude facial expression at my sister simply for asking if she worked there—right in front of other customers. I witnessed it myself. This level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior is shocking for a brand like Sephora. Publicly humiliating customers with attitude and facial expressions is disgusting and should not be tolerated. Very disappointing experience.

It's clear through all the other reviews that my experience here was not unique. The staff here are so rude and seem to be trained to watch and follow people who they think "look suspicious" which is of course people of color. This location needs to work on their racial sensitivity and customer service. I remember in particular that a short asian man kept following me and my family around the pretty empty store not even doing anything to the point where we had made eye contact multiple times.
