It was my first time at this location, and of course I was nervous. When going to a new Sephora, you don’t know the layout of the store. Or what products they do and do not carry. Luckily I was able to receive helpful assistance from the tall gentleman Kai. I needed his assistance almost 4 separate different times. Yet every time I approached him and asked for his help. I wish I could say I’ve had positive experiences at this location, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. It’s a smaller store, and the customer service is often lacking. There is also an ongoing sense of racial profiling that is hard to ignore. It creates an uncomfortable environment and takes away from what should be an enjoyable shopping experience.
