The young lady at the front was very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated her assistance. However, the person inside who seemed to be a manager or supervisor made me feel uncomfortable. She could have simply explained politely that it wasn’t possible, but instead, the way she spoke to me felt very harsh and intimidating. I felt so uncomfortable and uneasy that I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Located inside the quiet and nicely maintained Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, this Sephora location offers a pleasantly stress-free shopping experience compared to busier nearby malls. The overall atmosphere inside the mall is calm and uncrowded. If you are swinging by for an online order pickup, the counter is situated directly in the back near the main registers. The process is quick and hassle-free, allowing you to grab your items and be on your way with minimal wait time. The staff usually friendly and welcoming.

Christina is amazing! I’ve been helped by her at Sephora at least a dozen times, and she is consistently superb. She’s always patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful without ever making you feel rushed. I actually look for her when I come in because I know I’m going to get great service every time. She’s definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back.
