My girls and I went to Sephora in Riverside mall, Hackensack on weekend. I was very impressed. I say that because over the years, I think retail stores had become not as motivated and or no employees take ownership of what they do anymore. Well these ladies in Sephora were different. They were professional and friendly, welcoming every single customer had walked in the store, greeting them when leaving also. Had such a quick and easy experience with Aaron! Needed foundation for a wedding and I was probably in and out of there in five minutes. Aaron also made sure to ask questions to make sure I had everything I would need for my makeup application. Next time you’re at this Sephora location go find Aaron!!!
I go out of my way to come to this Sephora. I love it, customer service is top and Gigi is my favorite. She always helps me and she explains everything. I recommend this Sephora to everyone.
