Picked up my online order. Quick and seamless
First time I came and it wasn’t super busy. And it’s the day before Mother’s Day.
I love shopping here for ilia and kosas products. I ran out of concealer and unfortunately they didn’t have my shade. I was looking around for help but no employees within distance. I decided to just pick a shade darker. Suddenly an employee appeared and asked a lady by me if she needed help. I turned around smiling at the employee, I was ready to ask for help but she walked away. It’s frustrating when I’m 27 but look 18 so they probably think I won’t buy anything.
