Bad customer service I don't think I don't think the staff are knowledgeable about the products or what suits different skin types—even regarding the simplest items. I bought a contour product that the salesperson claimed was from the "best brand," but when I asked my daughter, she told me that brand wasn't good and caused breakouts. When I went back to exchange it and explained the reason, the salesperson said, "Not every skin type reacts the same way; it might not happen to you." I had to write a very special review on Sephora Edgewater, Every time I visit this store, every person there is so friendly and welcoming. I do have to give a special shout-out to Vanessa, where do I even start with how much I appreciate her! She is so professional and she is gifted with knowing how to help you with shades of foundation, concealer to anything you need when it comes to makeup. This store has absolutely NO customer service . Manager and staff are not helpful or kind. Worst Sephora ever !!!
