The service is far from professional. On one occasion, a staff member gave me misleading information about a product with a lack of friendliness. When I visited today, that same employee attended to me with an off-putting, hostile stare. I was also kept waiting at the checkout—despite seeing available staff—so I ended up leaving without purchasing the item.

He comprado en otras localidades de Sephora y la atencion ha sido excelente, se toman su tiempo para conseguir los productos que deseas y que van de acuerdo a tu necesidad. Aquí en la localidad de Edgewater tiene una pésima atención al público, las chicas atienden con total rapidez, no conocen los productos, no me dieron recomendaciones de acuerdo a lo que yo necesitaba, SOLO SE ENFOCABA EN QUE HABÍA 50% DE DESCUENCUENTO, LO QUE FUE TOTALMENTE FALSO!! I visited the store on Sunday and had a bad customer service experience; the manager was incredibly arrogant and had a bad attitude when I asked about the price of some "Clean Face" wipes and later tried to exchange a spray bottle that turned out to be broken. I won't be going back there, and I don't recommend it.
