Today I had a skin shade match test and a trial of complexion products done for my upcoming wedding. I am beyond pleased with the experience. I had Lamar doing my shade match, makeup, and offering beauty tips and recommendations and it was truly such an incredible and fun experience and she made me feel so beautiful and welcomed and comfortable. Will not return here or recommend to anyone, very disappointing experience. I returned an order around 8:30pm on September 24 and was assisted by a manager with pink hair. My return was within 30 days and eligible for a refund to my original payment, yet the manager who decided to not follow company policy, in a rude and condescending tone, said she could only give a merchandise card. Was in a while back with my daughters for back to school and birthday shopping ,but ignored by a store associate with the name tag Naïf ?? We were luckily helped by someone who was very friendly and efficient who noticed my girls and I eventually!! Daughters bought some things with their birthday money ,wish we remembered the nice associate’s name because more salespeople should be like her instead of ignoring and not being there for customers.
