I always buy my beauty products at Sephora, and Alexia, is amazing! She’s very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She really knows what to recommend based on your needs. Highly recommend Alexia and this store to anyone who loves beauty products!
Had a very frustrating experience at this location today which seems from other reviews, iM not the only one who has had this happen. I went into store today to purchase a perfume for my daughters birthday. The sales associate cashed me out on the portable machine. Everything went through with the transaction, however the machine didnt produce a receipt. I showed the associate my bank account showing that it did indeed ckme out of my acct however she refused to give me the perfume and insisted I need to pay again if I wanted... read more
Worst customer service ever. I walked around for 10 mins while there was no other customer in the store. FINALLY a woman came out of the back and asked me. But there were 3 other employees just talking to each other. Stop what youre doing and help a customer, then go back to your conversations.

Very poor service . I was at this store to make a purchase suddenly saw at the counter redeem your bthday gift and remembered about this. I had one more day to redeem my birthday gift and the manager denied saying some weird excuse as if she owns it. I am not writing this to get my gift or to get free stuff but the attitude of that person the manager. If you guys doesn’t like this policy of giving birthday gifts to customers talk to the management.
