Very rude behaviour and bad service the helper was not ready to help asked for face scan but they told the machines are not working when I asked another helper about that she was rude and looked with disgust they did not help us with the product and I felt they were judging us with our accent and language

i went in yesterday looking for a blush... ended up leaving with that, new foundation, crush, highlighter and setting spray. Norah was super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She picked out items that not only matched my skin colour but some items were on sale. Very happy with the experience. Thanks again!

(Long review, but i promise it's worth the read) Jessica was the star here (or what the kids call a GOAT, i suppose). Im sure all their staff are properly trained, but it is easy to see this woman loves what she does and goes above and beyond without a second thought. I hate makeup. I don't know how to use it. I don't like wearing it, but i want to a little. It's frustrating as all can be, and I feel dumb as Hell. Jessica, though, was unfazed. I couldn't even tell her what my "concerns/problem areas" were. The so called manager lady in there told us that we changed the cream from the bottle, like what the hack..cream which we got shipped today, didn’t liked the cream, so went to return and she said that we changed the cream from the box ??? Watch before you say, worst sephora store..
