I placed an online order for pickup, which was supposed to be ready within two hours. When I arrived at the store after that time, my order still wasn’t prepared. I had such an amazing experience at the Sephora in Old Orchard, Skokie, IL. My friend Ghazal Ali is new to makeup, and we really needed someone to guide us in finding the right foundation shade.
