Great customer service
I needed assistance at the pick up counter, stood there and waited to get help. Sergio (the manager at old orchard location) came to help, however he was very rude to me stating that I didn’t wait long enough and I need to be patience. The store has customers inside, however I saw 4 or 5 employees just walking around the store and they weren’t even helping any customers. So I am a bit confused why I couldn’t get help. I will not be shopping at that location anymore.
This place is the worst for customer service. I was picking up my order earlier in day, and all the employees were avoiding me or pretending like I was a security guard at the door. Because no one asked if I needed help. So I walked up to the counter to ask for help and this rude employee Sergio told me that I wasn't patient enough. Maybe this place should practice what Bath and Body works and have a greeter at the door. I will never go back to this location because how I was treated by Sergio the manager.
Really helpful people in makeup and fragrances. Recommend! Located in a great place to shop and dine around.
