My experience at Sephora was just okay. The prices are very good, and they have a great perfume selection that's often more affordable than Nordstrom. However, the staff seemed a little bored and I find them a little rude. When I asked for a foundation match, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. I was hoping for a more personalized experience. If you're looking for help with makeup matching, I've had better customer service at Bloomies or Macy's.
So my husband came her bought me 100 gift card at this Sephora, some how one of their employees when ring the card up did not activate it. I called a number the store gave me and then they sent me back to the store…for the store to give me the same number…for the customer service to send me back to the store. The manager of the store then tells me he can see the purchase but what to make sure their employee didn’t ring up the wrong card.
