I will avoid this unpleasant store and shop all beauty products at Shoppers Drug Mart instead, where they offer a 20% Family and Friends discount every month. The rude staff member was selectively choosing customers for express checkout. She claimed to be the manager but refused to provide her name. This fake manager decided who could check out faster, which is clearly discriminatory.

I visited this Sephora location to ask for help with a By Mario MoistureGlow Lip Serum. The twist-up mechanism pushed the product too far up and the cap cannot close, which makes it unusable. This typically qualifies as a defective exchange. However, my concern is specifically about the behavior of the staff member I spoke with. I went to the Hillcrest Mall location today. The cashier (his name is Mason) LIED to me, said I had points to redeem some products, that were displayed at the cashier desk. I picked a blueberry mask just because I thought it was free. I would never have paid a dime to buy any sheet mask. When I went home, I checked my receipt, and realized I was charged $8.50 for the mask. $8.50 is not a lot of money, but I paid for something that I didn't want, and I was TRICKED to buy it.
