Customer Service could have been so much better if they didn't allow their implicit bias interfer.
One of the most unpleasant experiences i’ve ever had at an establishment. The try-hard at the register who was helping me do a return was extremely unpleasant to work with nor did she explain the situation properly to me. When I caught her in a lie, I requested to speak with a store manager who ultimately dismissed my concerns and basically told me that my issue was invalid. The staff at this location lack professionalism and corporate needs to be involved.
I got my makeup done today by Kim and I must say everything was amazing . Her customer search was top tier and her work is as well! I stay 30 minutes from this location and I must say it was worth the drive and I will definitely be back !
Came today on a mission to find the perfect lipstick and lip liner… with the help of Olivia I managed to get the perfect set including a plumping lipgloss. I appreciate her help in finding lip products that match my complexion (Medium-Tan with Golden Olive Undertones). Great customer service and sweet girl!
