I only purchase my makeup through Sephora. That being said, I won’t come back to this location. I needed to return 4 products because the brand completely changed the formula, only one was opened by me to test and I told the sales associate that. Associate proceeds to open every product in silence without saying a word to me and it seemed she was also training another associate at the same time and she wasn’t speaking to her either. One of the most unpleasant experiences i’ve ever had at an establishment. The try-hard at the register who was helping me do a return was extremely unpleasant to work with nor did she explain the situation properly to me. When I caught her in a lie, I requested to speak with a store manager who ultimately dismissed my concerns and basically told me that my issue was invalid. The staff at this location lack professionalism and corporate needs to be involved.
