I will usually go out of my way to come to Sephora over Ulta (which in a more convenient and larger location to my home) because I have had repeatedly amazing experiences with employees, specifically Bri. Unfortunately, yesterday when I stopped in, there was a man walking around who was clearly an employee, who would walk by staring at me and when I said hi, he nodded, looked away and rushed off. The Sephora in Shrewsbury, NJ has the most helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and attentive staff ever! I go out of my way to come to that specific location.

Drove over 30 minutes for my birthday gift, waited in holiday lines, just to be told that they “ran out of birthday gifts” and had nothing to give me. thanks for ruining my bday sephora! don’t market promises you can’t keep….you have tons of samples and products, pretty sure your cashier / sales rep could’ve come up with something…
