Stay away from this location! On 8/29 I purchased several items including Clinique Take the Day off makeup remover full size to refill a travel size container. I could not open the bottle so did return in October and a nice gentleman was able to open. I returned home and again could not open the bottle. Returned to the store on 11/6 hoping to find out why I couldn’t open. 2 sales associates tried to help but agreed it was a faulty product and advised to take a new one and exchange. There’s only one reason I go into Sephora and that’s for Trina! Her 5 star service has me looking gorgeous every time. Her skills are unsurpassed and if she’s not there I simply just don’t go in. Make a point to see Trina asap.
I was in town for a wedding and had a makeup emergency when the artist I originally booked canceled at the last minute. To make things more stressful, I had left all of my makeup at home and had to repurchase everything. Trina at the Sephora in Shrewsbury was an absolute lifesaver. She immediately understood my situation and jumped right in to help. I had the best experience with Trina at Sephora today! She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely made my day with her knowledge and positivity. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond. Sephora is lucky to have her.
I went in on a busy Friday afternoon and had to choose a bunch of products for a wedding the next day. Jayne helped me find everything and made really good recommendations. My makeup looked on point for the event! 10/10 service at this location
