Really impressed by the young knowledgeable staff. Older staff not friendly!
Dana was very helpful! It’s a great store and everyone is so nice and helpful. As someone from a minority, I always feel welcomed and beautiful as soon as I enter the store.
If you walk in there with tattoos, the gross old lady treats you like a criminal. Either than that the store is pretty clean.
I love Sephora. The products they sell are amazing. I had my prom makeup done here by Monica and she did a fantastic job and was super sweet! However, many times that I have come here the staff are often unpleasant and they act as if they don’t really care to help or seem annoyed a lot of the time.
This store is so dusty. The whole store is covered in a fine film of dust, hair, and dander. Sales associates were nice and friendly, and I found what I was looking for (plus side). Overall the experience was decent MINUS THE DUST. I couldn’t help but notice the condition of all the samples (crusty, dirty, uncleaned) and then the whole store is SO DUSTY. I mean SOOOOO dusty and dirty? Not used to any Sephora being this way. Usually everything is tip top pristine clean so I am surprised to see it in this condition over time. ... read more
