Disappointed in my experience, lack of experience, and customer service.
Dana at the Sarnia , Ontario store is awesome. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. I look for her when I need to ask a question. An asset to Sephora. Also great to have the Sephora store in Sarnia.
Zoe tinted our brows today, she was absolutely fabulous. Friendly, confident and professional. We will definitely go back.
Are your staff actually sensitive to older customers ? No one greeted me or said they could assist. Your products are obviously world class. A little training of your staff will go a long way. Take time to invest in people.
Really impressed by the young knowledgeable staff. Older staff not friendly!
