This has to be my favourite Sephora location. They have quite a lot of brands for a Sarnia location. Which I was sooo happy n surprised. Sarnia definitely needed a Sephora. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone working there is amazing. ❤️🥹Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and assistance. Great experience! Was greeted by a very friendly worker ( did not catch her name).... Monica was super awesome and very helpful to help me pick out what I needed. She was knowledgeable and very kind . I appreciate her not making me feel bad as I walked in.grungy and not knowing anything about makeup.Was checked out by Caitlin and she was friendly and easy to talk to .
Purchased a product marked for $25.50, total came out to be around $47. Asked if there was anything they could do about the false marketing/display price and they said no when it was clearly advertised as a different price. There was no sizing labeled so customers can’t even tell. Well organized. Found what I needed very quickly. Jay helped me get the perfume I wanted very quickly and checked me out with a separate device so I didn’t have to get in line which was very nice.
