I had an amazing experience with Jay! He was incredibly helpful and patient when suggesting different products. He took the time to show me various brands and explain which products would best suit my skin type. His customer service was exceptional he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely made sure we were well taken care of. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him!
I had the best experience at Sephora thanks to Jovan ("Jay")! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every product he recommended and took the time to explain not only how each makeup product would look, but also the skincare benefits behind them. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to help me prepare for my friend's wedding. MONICA is SO AMAZING!!! She is the ONLY one to ever help me when I go to Sephora. Also, the only one I trust to help me spend so much money!!!!!. So knowledgeable and kind. Make this girl employee of the YEAR already!!!
This has to be my favourite Sephora location. They have quite a lot of brands for a Sarnia location. Which I was sooo happy n surprised. Sarnia definitely needed a Sephora. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone working there is amazing. ❤️🥹Every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and assistance. Great experience! Was greeted by a very friendly worker ( did not catch her name).... Monica was super awesome and very helpful to help me pick out what I needed. She was knowledgeable and very kind . I appreciate her not making me feel bad as I walked in.grungy and not knowing anything about makeup.Was checked out by Caitlin and she was friendly and easy to talk to .
