The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely helpful. They take the time to listen to what you’re looking for and give great recommendations without ever making you feel pressured. Amazing customer service every time!
The staff at Sephora was outstanding! They went above and beyond to help myself, and my daughter. My daughter was shopping for a list of items she needed for school. We had three different staff helping us out. They spent almost an hour making sure she found the items needed. The manager of store helped us out a great deal, and then assisted in obtaining a discount that was being offered. Fantastic service. I highly recommend Sephora Sarnia.
Such a great experience at Sephora in Sarnia! The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. Jay was especially wonderful—so knowledgeable about both skincare and hair care and gave me great recommendations. Excellent customer service every time!
I am so thankful to finally have a Sephora in Sarnia. They carry a lot of different brands at this location so it’s nice to be able to go in and test everything before buying. Every time I go to this location I am ALWAYS greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The shining star of this location is Dana. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. They are so lucky to have such a knowledgeable and positive leader on their team. Keep up the fabulous work ⭐️
