Purchased a product marked for $25.50, total came out to be around $47. Asked if there was anything they could do about the false marketing/display price and they said no when it was clearly advertised as a different price. There was no sizing labeled so customers can’t even tell. Well organized. Found what I needed very quickly. Jay helped me get the perfume I wanted very quickly and checked me out with a separate device so I didn’t have to get in line which was very nice.

I’m a Rouge member and a long time Sephora customer. I spend a lot of money here, even though I can get many of the same products at Shoppers or other retailers for less. I continue to choose Sephora because I like what the company stands for and I usually have positive experiences with the staff. Unfortunately, today’s visit was extremely disappointing. There were no samples ,the lady kept on saying I should buy the samples. I just needed tp test the facecream to see it it agrees with my skin.

Many items not in stock or carried (items that other Sephoras and the online store have). Sales associates just standing around, answering questions mono tone and no initiative to take customers to the products in the store. Cashier didn’t offer any other the 100-point items despite having points available for them. 0/10 experience.
