Definitely NOT lgbt friendly. lady with the shoulder length hair and glasses was pretty nasty to me.i was followed around the entire time and was called “bald queer guy” over comms and they even used their suspicious customer code on me. definitely not coming back.

Lots of employees standing in the way by the door , too rude to move . Was asked if I needed help by a few employees and when I did ask for help the employee had no knowledge of products at all or what the store carries luckily I found what I needed myself even after the employee told me you didn't carry shampoo for grey hair and that I should just go to Sally's .

I came in with the need to buy a gift for my daughter and all that I knew was it was lipgloss that plumped. Monica looked up my daughter’s profile and helped me to get EXACTLY what she wanted!! Thank you!!

I went to the store to accompany my wifey buying few things she needed. I gotta say we had the great experience thanks to Eve and Tayler. Tayler took her time to assist my wife and helped her to find exactly what she needed and that everything was a right fit for her skin. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My wife will definitely come back! Thank you guys, Sephora is lucky to have you there! When you go to this store do yourself a favor and look for these girls you won't regret. Cheers!
